Our world is having a powerful magnetic storm. It is the biggest in more than 20 years.

How does the storm happen? There are unusual spots on the Sun. They come together. They make one big active area. Gas bubbles from the Sun are making a special show in the sky. People can see pretty lights in the sky. Because the storm is so big, people all over the northern hemisphere can see it. It is not usual. People can usually see Norther Lights around the poles.

In our time now, we use a lot of technology. These storms can affect it. We may have problems with power and phones or computers all over the world.

Difficult words: powerful (strong), northern hemisphere (the northern half of Earth), affect (to have an impact on someone or something).
