Spot the robot dog – Level 2

In December 2013, Google bought a company that made robots. The company created a robot dog.

People at the company named it Spot. The robot has machines inside of it to help it move.

It can walk and run on rough land outside, smooth floors inside and on stairs. Even if you kick it, it still moves without falling over because it has a sensor to help it stay up.

Difficult words: rough (rocky or hilly), smooth (very flat), sensor (a machine that knows where things are),
