Burt Bacharach is a US songwriter. He writes music.
Bacharach is one of the best songwriters ever. He wins three Oscars. One Oscar is for the music for ‘Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid’. Bacharach writes music for many famous singers. For example Aretha Franklin or Dusty Springfield. His biggest hits are ‘Walk On By’ and ‘I Say A Little Prayer’. Many artists cover his songs.
Bacharach is married four times. He has four children. Last week, he dies in his home in Los Angeles. He is 94 years old.
