Bus on Fire in Rome – level 1

A bus is on fire in Rome. Police say that there is a short circuit in the bus. The fire starts at the bottom of the bus. It grows quickly. It completely destroys the bus.

People must evacuate a nearby department store. Only one man is injured. Firefighters put out the fire.

Difficult words: short circuit (a problem in electronics which can often start a fire), evacuate (leave quickly because of danger), department store (a mall, a shopping centre).
