Facebook can freeze women eggs – level 2

Facebook began to offer quite a special service to its women employees. The women can have their eggs frozen so they can work for the company when they’re young and have children later in life.

Apple will follow suit in January 2015. The companies will pay up to $20,000 for the procedure and storage of the female eggs.

Some people say that the companies should offer more flexibility and help for new parents instead.

Difficult words: follow suit (to do the same thing), procedure (operation), storage (the act of storing/keeping something somewhere).
