This news is from China. People hold a festival there. A big balloon is part of the festival. It looks like the moon.

A typhoon comes close to China. The winds are very strong. The moon balloon breaks free. It goes in the streets. It hits cars. Nobody is hurt.

We do not know if people catch the balloon.
