Mumbai is a city in India. It is one of the biggest cities in the world.

Mumbai has a lot of cars. The roads are crowded. Officials hope that the new Aqua Line metro will help. The metro will make travel faster. It will connect the southern island to the northern suburbs. It’s important because Mumbai has a lot of people. 22 million people live there. The Aqua Line will take most people away from road travel.

Building the metro line is difficult. But officials are determined to finish it. The metro is part of a plan to make public transport better and help the city grow.

Difficult words: crowded (full of people or cars), suburb (an area on the edge of a large town or city), determined (wanting to do something very much).
