Over 300,000 people gathered along the Seine River to watch 205 national delegations parade in boats, beginning with Greece and ending with France. Despite heavy rain and initial challenges, such as suspected sabotage of France’s high-speed rail network, the event proceeded smoothly. Lady Gaga performed ‘Mon Truc En Plumes’ in a Moulin Rouge-style act, while Céline Dion made an emotional return with ‘I’Hymne à l’Amour’ from the Eiffel Tower.
