Airfares in Europe and Asia are not rising much anymore.
This situation is difficult for airlines because their costs are high. After COVID, more people wanted to travel, so prices went up. Now, people care more about prices because everything is more expensive. Ryanair’s boss said prices will not grow as much as they thought. In Asia-Pacific, ticket prices decreased by 16% this year compared to last year. But prices are still higher than in 2019. Experts believe that prices will get normal in 2024.
Europeans are looking for cheaper places to visit, but Americans are still spending a lot on travel. This is because more people in the US have jobs. The industry expects prices to get back to normal soon.
