A woman contacts a man on the internet. She gives him money. She wants the man to do something.

The man gets secret information for her. It is about the Chinese military. The man gets 13 top secret documents. The total number of information is 2,000.

The USA spied on China. China wants to improve its security.

Difficult words: contact (to write or talk to somebody), military (soldiers and things for war), improve (make better).
