Mattel’s CEO Ynon Kreiz hopes that this film will turn around the company’s declining sales. There is a risk that the movie will not be popular with young children, but the success of Barbie is very important for Mattel’s future. The movie wants to show the changes in society. Mattel also plans to make more movies based on their toys.

The success of the film will decide if Mattel’s ideas are possible and if they can make more popular movies.
