The Iranian football team does not have a visa – level 1

The Iranian football team wants to play in the World Cup in the United States. Their first game is on June 15th in Los Angeles. The team is now in Turkey to practice, but they do not have visas to travel to the US.
This is a problem because the US has travel bans for Iran. FIFA rules say that the host country must help all teams get visas. US President Donald Trump says it is okay for Iran to play. The boss of FIFA also hopes that the team will come and that the games will bring hope and make people happy.
The Iranian players have a meeting at the US embassy on Thursday. They hope to get their visas very fast so they can travel to the football matches.
Difficult words: practice (to do something often to be good at it), visa (an official document which says that you can travel to a country), travel ban (a rule which says that you cannot travel to a country).
