Ukraine attacks a big Russian ship in Crimea. They use rockets at night.

The ship gets hit. At least one person dies. Russian officials say that the ship may not work well again. Russia does not say much about the attack. But it is a big problem for Russia.

Russia and Ukraine are fighting since 2014. In 2014, Russia takes Crimea by force. Now, Crimea is part of Russia. Ukraine does not want Russia to be so strong in the Black Sea. There are more attacks. Ukraine damages Russia’s ships and other things.

Difficult words: by force (when you use power to get something), damage (to hurt).
