Tiger Kills – level 2
02-06-2017 15:00
A tiger in a zoo in England entered an enclosure with a zookeeper and killed her. The zoo described it as a ‘freak incident’ and offered its sympathy to friends and family.
People evacuated visitors of the zoo and an air ambulance came to the emergency. The police told people that no animals got out of the zoo and that they were safe. There is an investigation into the incident.
Difficult words: enclosure (a closed area), freak (very unusual), sympathy (understanding).
