Plane Crash in Colombia – level 1

A plane is flying from Brazil to Colombia. There are 81 people on the plane. The plane crashes. Seventy-six people die.
Most of the passengers are football players. They are members of the Chapecoense Football Team. They were going to Medellin. They had an important football match to play there.
People are shocked by the tragedy.
Difficult words: crash (hit the ground and get destroyed), passenger (a person on a plane or train), member (if you are a member of a team, you are a part of it), football match (a game of football).
