This news is about measles. Measles is an illness. It attacks the organs for breathing.

In the USA, people have problems with the measles. There are many cases of measles. From January to March of 2019, there are more cases of measles than in all of 2018.

The situation is bad. American leaders are trying to do something about it.

Difficult words: illness (viruses or bacteria which attack the body and make you sick or even kill you), breathe (take air into the body), case (a situation when somebody has measles).
