Brazilian farmers are happy – level 1

The weather in Brazil is not good in the past months. It is too warm and dry. Farmers worry about their crops.
Then the situation changes. It starts to rain. The ground gets wet.
Farmers are happy. They quickly start to plant corn and soybean. They put seeds in the ground. Corn and soybean are the most important plants in Brazil. Many countries in the world buy Brazilian corn and soybean.
It seems that it will rain more in the coming weeks. It is great news for farmers. They believe that next year will be very good for them.
Difficult words: crops (fruit, vegetables, or other plants which farmers pick from their fields), wet (when something has water inside it), soybean (a bean which grows in Asia and America, and it is a food for people and animals, too).
