Ice diving world record – level 1
04-03-2024 07:00
Valentina Cafolla dives 140 meters deep without oxygen. She gets her diving record back in just 36 hours.
She dives in the Italian Alps. It snows heavily and the water is cold. But she does it. The next day, she sets another record. Yasuko Ozeki is better than Caffola, but only for a while.
Valentina plans to compete in the Freediving World Championships in Belgrade in July. She is skilled and determined. Others want to be like her. She shares her story on Instagram. She says that people must believe in something and never stop.
Difficult words: oxygen (a gas which we need to live), compete (to try to be better than others), determined (if you want something very much and nothing stops you).
You can watch the original video in the Level 3 section.
What advice does Valentina Cafolla share on her Instagram to inspire others to achieve their goals?
