Farmers in Croatia and Poland lose fruit because of the cold. Temperatures reach -8 degrees Celsius. Balkan countries have the same problem. There is snow and ice. Farmers in the Netherlands find a clever way to protect their fruit. They sprayed water on the trees. The ice keeps the trees warm.

Weather experts say that it will be cold all week. Europe may have problems with food this year.
