Team Qatar at Le Mans – level 2

A team from Qatar will compete in the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans race in France for the first time. The race takes place on June 13 and 14, 2026.
Team Qatar will drive a Mercedes-AMG car with the number 62. The Qatari driver is 35 years old. He says this moment feels like a dream because he is the first driver from Qatar in this championship. He will drive with two other professional drivers from Germany and France. The race lasts a whole day and night, so it is very difficult. The drivers must train every day in the gym and ride bicycles to be ready for the extreme heat inside the car.
Qatar spent three years preparing for this big moment because they want to help young drivers compete internationally and win a trophy.
