A man has surgery. He has a scar on his belly. Then he goes to Bali. There, he sees something strange. He has the scar but also a red line on his belly.

He goes to a doctor there. The doctor says that an animal bit him. He gives the man some medicine.

Three days later, the line gets worse. It is bigger. The man goes to a different doctor. This doctor finds a spider inside the man’s body. It is inside the scar. He removes the spider.

Difficult words: surgery (when doctors cut a part of your body), scar (scar is a place where the doctors get inside the body), remove (to put something away).
