New basketball record – level 2

A basketball player broke his own record for the farthest basketball shot. He stood near one basket and threw the ball over his head behind him.

The ball flew across the whole court and hit its target more than 82 feet away (25 metres). People wrote the new record into the Guinness Book of World Records. The same basketballer set the old record of 72 feet (22 metres).

Difficult words: far (away), court (an area for ball games).
