People in Gaza leave homes – level 2

Israel began firing from tanks into Gaza. In a video which was shared by Palestinian journalists on social media, people were crying when their home shook.
Hamas continued to fire rockets into Israel. Many of the rockets were stopped by the Israeli defense system.
Many Palestinian families evacuated their homes because of the bombing. The damage to Gaza is very big.
In Israel, more violence between Jews and Arabs started. People were destroying cars and attacking each other. Hundreds of people were arrested.
Difficult words: evacuate (to leave home because danger is coming), violence (very wild and aggressive or mean activity), arrest (to take somebody to a police station).
