Javier Milei is Argentina’s President. He is in office for one year.

He makes big changes to fix the country’s economy. He cuts jobs and reduces government help for things like transport and electricity. These changes stop prices from rising quickly. But many people become poorer.

Some people like Milei’s work. They think that his ideas will help Argentina in the future. Others say that his changes only help rich people and hurt the poor. In Buenos Aires, many families do not have enough food. Many people hope things will get better. But life is very hard for now.

Difficult words: reduce (to make things smaller or less important), poor (when you do not have enough money), rich (when you have a lot of money).
