The famous rock band Deep Purple is in Japan. They meet a very important person: the Prime Minister of Japan, Sanae Takaichi.

She is a very big fan of the band. She tells the drummer that he is her god! When she is a girl, she plays the drums and listens to their music. She even gives the drummer a gift –  drumsticks.

Deep Purple start in England a long time ago. They have many famous songs, like Smoke on the Water. The Prime Minister is very happy to see them because she loves rock music. She has a hard time in her job right now. It is a great day for her and for the band.

Difficult words: fan (a person who likes a band or sports team), god (someone who is the best or perfect), drumsticks (the two sticks which a drummer uses to play music).
