An asteroid may hit Earth – level 1

Scientists find an asteroid called 2024 YR4. It is big, between 40 and 90 meters wide. It may come close to Earth on December 22, 2032.
The chance of it hitting Earth is small, only 2%. Scientists say that we should not worry. The asteroid will probably miss our planet. At first, scientists are not sure where an asteroid will go. Later, they get more information. They can see its way better. If it comes toward Earth, they can try to push it away. NASA already tries this before.
Scientists will keep watching the asteroid before it moves away in May. After that, they will not see it again until 2028.
