Tarjei Boe won the 15 km Mass Start race in Annecy Le Grand Bornand at 37:20.8.

The race was difficult because of heavy rain, which made the track soft. Boe stayed focused and shot well, which helped him stay ahead. The Norwegian team did very well, with many athletes in top places. The race was exciting because young athletes tried to set a fast pace while others stayed calm and waited for the right time to push. Missing targets made it harder for many racers to catch up. Boe’s win was important because it helped him qualify for future championships. His brother Johannes was very happy for him, which showed their strong family support.
