Bomb in Zimbabwe – level 2

In Zimbabwe, at least 49 people were injured in an explosion. The attack happened at the president’s campaign rally last Sunday. The president went to a nearby government building to be safe, and two vice presidents were among the injured.

The country’s media is calling the explosion ‘an assassination attempt’ on the new president.

Difficult words: rally (a political meeting), assassination (killing someone famous), attempt (when you try to do something).
