The UK is leaving the EU. The Brexit deal is almost ready. But some topics are not clear yet.

Fishing is the main topic to discuss right now. Britain wants to control British waters. Fishing is not a big part of Britain’s economy. But it is very important for many people. Britain must keep its waters. It makes the country stronger.

The EU wants to be able to get to the waters. They are very important for the country’s business. France can have big problems without the waters.

Britain and the EU must discuss other things, too. They want to stop problems in the future.

Difficult words: topic (something that people talk about), fishing (the activity to hunt fish or animals that live in the water), discuss (to talk about something with other people), economy (the money and the business of a place)).
