Germany has a new law. It is okay now to have and grow a little bit of cannabis.
People can grow three plants and have 25 grams. The government wants to stop the black market and keep children safe. The Health Minister says that more young people are using cannabis. Street drugs are stronger now. But some people do not think that this new law will stop drug selling.
Difficult words: law (an official rule), cannabis (a tall plant which some people use as a drug), black market (business activities which are against the rules of a country).
