Chewbacca Actor of ‘Star Wars’ – level 3

Peter Mayhew died at age 74; he was the actor of the original Chewbacca in the ‘Star Wars’ films.
Mayhew was about 221 centimetres tall from a genetic disorder called Marfan Syndrome that caused him to grow so tall. It helped him play the iconic role in the first ‘Star Wars’ film, ‘Episode III’ and ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’.
His family announced the death on Twitter and wrote that ‘he put his heart and soul in the role’ and ‘the Star Wars family meant so much’. His co-star, Mark Hammill, also wrote on Twitter that he was ‘a big man with an even bigger heart’.
Difficult words: genetic disorder (when your body develops in an unexpected way), iconic (well-known, famous, recognisable).
