A security camera captures a crime. It happens in England.

A criminal is behind a man. This man is disabled. He rides on a mobility scooter. The criminal tries to take the man’s bag. The bag gets around the man’s neck. He cannot breathe, but the criminal keeps pulling the bag. The disabled man falls on the ground. The criminal finally gets the bag. He runs away.

The criminal is caught. He goes to prison. He goes to prison for 40 months.

Difficult words: disabled (he cannot use a part of his body), mobility scooter (electrical moving chair for people who cannot move), breathe (get air).
