Fire in Manila – level 3

In the Philippines, a fire killed four people and trapped others at the Manila Pavilion Hotel and Casino. Over 300 guests had to evacuate the complex with helicopters helping some people.

One woman said that she heard that the fire started at the ground floor and then it quickly progressed.

Police said that it was not obvious if the fire started in the casino or if it started in an area that was under construction at that time.
