Gaza has problems with waste – level 1

People in Gaza have a problem with waste near their homes.
When the conflict between Israel and Hamas starts, people cannot use some roads. Big vehicles get people’s waste to a special place called a dumping site. Now, the trucks cannot get to the site. But there is more and more waste. People do not know what to do. They throw away waste at several places in the town. These places are dangerous. Children have skin problems and fevers. They do not have these problems before.
Officials say that these places are toxic. They can make water dirty. Gaza needs help from other countries.
Difficult words: waste (things and materials which people throw away), fever (a high body temperature), toxic (dangerous for people and their health).
