Helicopter Crash – level 2

17-06-2019 07:00

Last Monday, a helicopter in New York crashed on the roof of a skyscraper. The crash happened about 11 minutes after take-off.

Only the pilot was in the helicopter when it crashed. He died, but no one else was injured. The crash started a fire which people quickly put out. People are investigating the incident, but the Mayor of New York City said that it was not an act of terrorism.

Difficult words: put out (stop something like a fire), incident (a situation).
