Kenya has a good program to stop HIV. But now the country has a big problem. There are no more free condoms.
The United States and other countries do not help anymore. Now, poor people and sex workers do not have condoms. They cannot pay for them. Health workers say that this is not safe at all. Many young girls are becoming pregnant, and many people are getting sick.
One famous activist says that he cannot do his job well now. He cannot travel to schools or offices. He has no condoms to give to people. If officials do not help, HIV will spread very fast again.
Difficult words: condom (a thin rubber which men wear during sex), poor (when you have very little money), activist (a person who works hard to make social or political change).
