Man on Sydney Opera House – level 2
20-05-2014 15:00
A man climbed onto the Sydney Opera House. It is unknown how he got up there or why. People think that he was protesting something.
He was on top of the building for about an hour. People on the ground watched him and took pictures.
Eventually, two officers talked the man down. People clapped as he was brought down to ground level.
Difficult words: climb (get up), eventually (at the end).
You can read the original story and watch the video in the Level 3 section.
