New flying vehicle

A US company named Zava Aero developed a new vehicle, which could change how people travel.

The vehicle looks like a disc with eight motors. It is an electric vehicle, which means that it doesn’t make any gas when it moves. The vehicle takes off vertically, and then it flies forward; it’s speed can be up to 260 kilometers per hour.

At the moment, no pilot is inside. Engineers are working hard to fit a person inside and control the vehicle. When this happens, people will be able to use it in many different situations. For example, rescuers or doctors will be able to get very quickly to an accident.

Some rich people already showed interest in the vehicle. They’d like to use it for travel from their lake houses and yachts. At the moment, the company says that the price of the vehicle will be around 250,000 dollars.

Difficult words: disc (a flat round object), vertical (straight up), yacht (a boat which people use for trips).
