North Korea wants to have good nuclear weapons. It wants to have many of them, too. The country says that it is making its nuclear weapons better.

North Korea says that the USA is an enemy. North Korea says that it can use nuclear weapons against the USA.

Difficult words: nuclear (atomic; a nuclear bomb is very strong), weapon (something which is used for war or for fighting), enemy (not a friend; somebody that you want to destroy).
