Red pandas enjoy snow – level 1

A snow storm hits the Northeastern United States. People close schools. People cancel flights. Two feet of snow (61 centimetres) fall in some areas.

Somebody likes the snow, however. Two red pandas, for example. They live in a zoo in New York. They play and have fun in the snow.

Red pandas are from China. They live in cold bamboo forests there.

Difficult words: flight (when you travel on a plane), cancel (to stop something).
