Sean Connery Dies – level 2

Scottish movie star Sean Connery died at the age of 90.

Connery’s family was very poor, and they lived in the slums in the Scottish capital, Edinburgh. Connery did not have a good job, until his bodybuilding hobby started his acting career. Connery played the charming British agent James Bond, which made him an international star. All the actors who played Bond after Sean Connery tried to meet the high standard that he set. Connery played many other interesting roles besides James Bond. In 1987, he won an award for his role in ’The Untouchables’.

In 2000, Queen Elizabeth II awarded him with the title of knight. Connery supported Scottish independence of Britain
