Actress Shannen Doherty died at the age of 53 after fighting cancer.

Doctors diagnosed Doherty with breast cancer in 2016. She talked openly about her treatment and hair loss to help others. Even though she was sick, she kept working and stayed positive. Shannen wanted people to know that even with stage 4 cancer, a person can still have a good life. She also acted in the TV show ‘Charmed’ and returned to play Brenda Walsh in ‘90210’ spinoffs. People know Doherty for roles in ‘Little House on the Prairie’, ‘Heathers’, and ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’.  Her hard work and love for acting were clear, and she wanted people to remember her for more than just her roles.
