Shooting in the Netherlands – level 2

There was a shooting on a tram in a city in the Netherlands. Reports say that shots were fired at more locations, too.

At least one person died and several others were injured. The gunman is on the run – the police are looking for him. They surrounded a building where he might be hiding. Security increased at airports and the Dutch parliament (the government).

Difficult words: several (more than two but not many), might (may, it is possible that he is hiding there, but the police are not sure), increase (make higher, better, safer).
