Singer Sinéad O’Connor, famous for the song ‘Nothing Compares 2 U’, has passed away at 56.

Her family confirmed the sad news, and they mentioned her influence and struggle in the spotlight. Although she was famous, O’Connor faced many problems in life. She lost her son and she had troubles with mental health. Many people loved her unique voice and honesty. Recently, O’Connor started to be an active singer again. She won an award for her Irish album and a documentary on her outspokenness.

O’Connor was a very spiritual person. In 2018, she converted to Islam.
