Train in South Africa – level 3

A train derailed after crashing into a truck in South Africa, killing upwards of 12 people and injuring over 260.
Emergency services arrived at the scene of the crash to battle the blaze that had broken out. Most of the passengers, around 850, were safely evacuated, according to the police.
Some people reported that the truck driver attempted to flee the scene.
