Two men are in Venezuela. They stand on a whale shark. They hold a rope. A boat pulls the rope. Someone films all of this. That person puts the video on the Internet.
An organisation sees the video. This organisation helps animals. The organisation does not like the video. It makes the people there angry. They say that the men are stupid. They want to bring the men to justice.
The whale shark is the biggest fish in the world. It is not dangerous. It only eats small fish.
Difficult words: whale shark (the animal in the picture), rope (a line), to bring somebody to justice (to take somebody to the police station and then to court).
