Warner Brothers Discovery and Paramount Global are considering a merger, a recent report says.

The CEOs David Zaslav and Bob Bakish met in Manhattan to discuss the possible merger of the two entertainment giants. This merger would result in a big media conglomerate, which would bring together assets such as Warner Brothers Studios and the Paramount Plus streaming service.

While both companies face troubles in the changing world of media, officials may have an impact on the result of the merger.

The chances of the merger are not too high. There were some mergers in the industry recently which didn’t turn out very well.
