Xue’s first plan was to book a personal color analysis appointment in Seoul, which she learned about on social media. The analysis helps people find colors that suit them for clothing, makeup, and accessories based on their skin tones. Color consultants spend about 60 minutes to see what colors light up your face.

Thanks to Tik Tok, color analysis is becoming popular from California to New York, with Gen Z travelers who make trips to Seoul to experience it. Color consultants recommend jewelry and suggest makeup.
