Yoga for Dogs – level 1

This year is the Chinese Year of the Dog. There is also a new type of yoga. It is yoga for dogs. It is also called doga. You do yoga with your dog.

Doga starts in the USA. It quickly becomes popular in other countries. People say that doga can relax you and your dog.

One woman says that your dog feels what you feel. When you relax, your dog relaxes too.

One doga session costs about £25.

Difficult words: the Chinese Year of the Dog (the Chinese people celebrate a different animal every year), yoga (a type of exercise when you stretch), session (a lesson; the time when you do doga with a trainer).
