Anti-gun Protests in the USA – level 1

There is a mass shooting at a school in Florida, USA. The students from this school protest. Other students join them.

There are protests across the country. Thousands of people protest at the White House and Capitol Hill. The protesters want the government to stop mass shootings. The people want gun control.

Difficult words: mass shooting (when somebody shoots a lot of people), government (the group of people who are the leader of a country), gun control (when you cannot easily buy a gun).
